Import Fees:
Some countries charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These are set by your local government and are not collected by us at checkout. If applicable, your carrier will notify you when your order arrives in your country.

What’s your return policy?

We stand behind the Vert Trainer 100%. If it’s not a slam dunk for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 
If there’s an issue due to a defect or fulfillment error, we’ll make it right — including sending a replacement at no cost to you.
For all other returns, original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in good condition with all parts included. Returns showing signs of use or wear may be subject to a partial refund.

Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
