How do you recommend getting from the airport to my hotel and getting around? Should I rent a car?

Renting a car will give you the most flexibility but of course cost the most. There is public transportation available from the airport by both train and bus but has limited hours on weekends and can be a little confusing (requires multiple transfers). Visit for more details.

Our recommendation is to take an Uber or Lyft and if possible share with at least one other person. If you would like to share a ride, be sure to indicate this in the pre-camp survey. We will connect you with others who have flights arriving and departing around the same time to help everyone save money.

What is the address of the camp hotels?

There are 2 camp hotels. Be sure to check-in to the correct hotel!

1. Best Western Timpanogas Inn
195 S 850 E

Lehi, UT 84043

2.  Holiday Inn Express Lehi - Thanksgiving Point

3701 N Ashton Blvd
Lehi, Utah 84043

What time is hotel check-in? What time is hotel check-out?

If you paid for the lodging option to stay at one of our camp hotels (Best Western Timpanogas Inn or Holiday Inn Express Lehi), the check-in is on Sunday, June 26 at 3:00 pm. Check-out is on Friday, July 1 at 11:00 am.

Can I request a roommate for the hotel?

Yes, provide that info in the pre-camp survey. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the facility?

If you stay at the Best Western Timpanogas Inn - you can easily walk (2 blocks away).

If you stay at the Holiday Inn Express - it's about a 10 minute drive from the facility. The hotel has a shuttle available but seating is limited (holds 14 people) so you may have to wait or leave a little early. The cost for an uber would be approximately $5-$10/each way.

When and where will The Dunk Show be held?

The Dunk Show is on Thursday, June 30 at 7:00 pm at American Fork High School.

510 Caveman Blvd

American Fork, UT 84003

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel to The Dunk Show?

Yes. We will have a shuttle pick up at the Best Western and Holiday Inn Express at 5:30 pm on Thursday night. The shuttle will take you back to the Best Western or Holiday Inn Express at 9:00 pm.

Do I need to buy a ticket to The Dunk Show?

All campers get into The Dunk Show for free! And you are invited to participate in warm-ups!  If you have any family or friends who want to attend, they need to buy tickets here.

Will any food be provided?

We will provide lunch and light snacks each day of the camp. You are welcome and encouraged to bring extra food and drinks. If you stay at either of the camp hotels, breakfast is included in your stay and there are several restaurants located nearby.

Do you have a packing list?

Yes. You can find it here.

How many athletes will be attending The Dunk Camp?

To allow for as much individual coaching as possible, we are capping registration at 80 athletes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled before January 31, 2022

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled between February 1 and March 31, 2022

50% refund if cancelled between April 1 and April 30, 2022

NO REFUNDS after May 1, 2022

Do I need to be able to dunk in order to attend The Dunk Camp?

No! That is one of the main reasons we created this camp! At our first two camps, roughly only half of the attendees could already dunk on 10'. We have had 12 attendees so far land their very first dunk at The Dunk Camp which has been very special to be a part of! We anticipate many more landing their first dunks at our camp. We also have low-rim dunk sessions and contests!

How many inches will I gain on my vertical jump if I attend The Dunk Camp?

That is impossible to predict. However, the vast majority of our past attendees increased their no-step vertical jump and full approach vertical jump from Day 1 to Day 4. With that said, most of your progress will happen after The Dunk Camp by applying what you learned.

Will I be able to dunk by the end of The Dunk Camp?

We will have low and regulation rims so everyone will be throwing down sick dunks regardless of their current ability! :) At our 3 camps so far, we have had 12 athletes dunk for the very first time on 10 feet and even more guys land new dunks they had never done before! Landing your first dunk at The Dunk Camp is an epic memory that no one will ever forget!

How old do I need to be to attend The Dunk Camp?

Age 14 and up. We welcome "older" athletes who want to get their hops back or take their athleticism to the next level.
